Late pit stops and "Complete"

Loving the game so far, and 1.8 update was great!

I have 2 suggestions, apologies if they're covered elsewhere - I couldn't see them):

TL:DR
  1. Remove "Complete" from the orders panel, it doesn't add anything
  2. Allow pit stops until the last few centimetres of not being able to physically enter the pit lane
More detail:
  1. When you change car settings or pit options from the main panel (when you're actually on track, in x1 or x2 view) changes are followed by "Complete". It takes a take a second or so to go away, meaning that literally split-second decisions (based on info present) can be missed. Could we remove Complete? (or, the corollary - would we lose anything in gameplay if it wasn't there?)
  2. Pit stops - why can't we make late ones? I'm guessing there is a set distance or timing from pit lane entry, which is set so that even though a driver could easily dive in when you ask them to (as happens in rel life with late decisions on strategy) the driver goes past and you have to wait a lap. This is ruinous to a race strategy if it can't wait a lap, i.e. under VSC or Safety Car.
