Community Event / Creation Late to the party. Who to contact about Elite related product?

Hi, I may be a bit late to the party but i have a bit of an idea for a cool and original Elite Dangerous spin-off. sort of a book.. sort of not a book. Can anyone point me to the right people to pitch the idea to?

The idea is not:
50 Shades of Black, the erotic space adventures of Commander Jameson. But that's there if anyone else wants to run with it.

in regard to your idea, it depends if it fan fiction or an official Elite product your offering, either way i would either ask the writers forum here or have a word with the community support manager.
