Launch Coaster with steam train as first car?

I'm trying to recreate a now defunct theme Park from San Jose, CA called Frontier Village. They had a launch coaster called the Apache Whirlwind where the first car looked like an old steam train, kind of like Thunder Mountain railroad. I don't see any launch or torque coasters that look like this. So I guess my question is there any way to take a launch coaster and swap out the first car for a steam train looking car? Perhaps using the customize feature?

That's a powered coaster, not a launched coaster.
Powered coaster has been one of the most requested coaster, but we never got one.

You can swap trains in game and put the steam train on a launched coaster track (at least on PC), and it will work the same.

To add, I think you need to check an option in game settings (Interchangable cars/coasters).

I’m finding that I can only swap train cars on blueprint rides but not custom. All the custom rides I don’t see that option. Also I can’t seem to find any launch coaster blueprints with the canyon runner train as an option. Do you have any suggestions?
