Launcher Game Options - What are they all?

I played Elite during the Alpha and Beta and then got distracted by other things.
I've recently built a new PC and wanted to install Elite to try out Horizons Beta.

What are all the game install options for on the Launcher?

Elite Dangerous (32 bit)
Elite Dangerous Horizons Beta (2.0)
Elite Dangerous Ships Beta (1.5) 32 bit
Elite Dangerous Ships Beta (1.5) 64 bit
Single Player Combat Training

I just want to install as much of a full game as possible with planetary landings and no server wipes, to retain my experience, ships and money.

Elite dangerous (32 bit) is current live build. All others are beta test builds and progress won´t carry over when beta ends. Horizon is only in beta and beta progress will be wiped when horizon release. So you can´t play horizon (planetary landing) currently and retain your progress. You have to wait for horizon release.
