Launcher Issues - where is the link for the new version?

I purchased Elite back in 2015 an d then later that year I bought Horizons.
It's been awhile since I've played.. About a year.. I have the non-steam version.
I tried to launch Elite and it comes up with "A newer version of the Frontier Launcher... "
"Do You want to download this installer now?"
I hit "yes" and poof nothing..
Any help out there? Like where is the file to d-load?

I installed the launcher and when I try to login, it says "Invalid Credentials"
I changed my password and tried again, same thing????
