Launcher not working

Hello Everyone,

I am facing an issue with the launcher. When I start the game via steam, it shows the following:

The log me out link does nothing, giving it a key will give the following error:

If I start the launcher directly from the install folder, and trying to log in with the account, I will have the following problem:

Did anyone meet this problem before?
It is a fresh install, I verified the integrity of the files, and on a different machine the game is running, so the problem with the account can be crossed out.

This is a glitch that sometimes happens with Steam access.
Typically when it does, i just play something else and come back later.
it usually fixes itself.

That can be possible, but unfortunately it does not work three days in a row. I think it will not fix itself.
