Launcher stuck on "working" screen

Hi everyone, I already sent a ticket about this issue but maybe someone knows how to fix it. Simply, my launcher stuck on here after I click "log in with steam".

So far I tried to delete launcher.exe in the game folder and also appdata, Restart my pc hunders of times, update my grap. card and windows updates. Nothing worked. It did worked once somehow but today it still stuck in the same screen.

Anybody got any idea ?

Btw, this problem started just after I upgrade the game version to 18.04.

Some silly questions
Is your Steam app up to date?
Have you tried link at the bottom "login with different account"? Put there you Frontier credentials
Finally, perhaps try a full re-install? You have nothing to lose here, I think your key bindings will stay

Happens for me sometimes too; i just hover the mouse across the window and it updates.
Weird issue and even weirder workaround.

I did all the things that you said I already contact with support they said the same thing. The problem only Elite, any other games' launchers works perfectly fine.

Sometimes it does this and minimises to the task bar. Look for the elite icon on the taskbar

Happens for me sometimes too.

Support trying to help me but we still didn't solve the problem. Also couple of my friends in my squadron starting to have same issue.
