Launcher won't update

So I see there is a update on the launcher after today's maintenance.
My question is why does the launcher stay at 0% it just stays on preparing for update. Been standing still for like 30 minutes now

Update's gone through now....

And the shaders have been updated, so EDHM will need an update...again.

Edit: EDHM has been patched now...
