This ridiculous puzzle thing is still happening? Guess Fdev feel that entertaining the 0.1% of players is more important than the rest of the player base.
In a game with tens of thousands of inhabited systems what are the chances of most players even seeing this let alone knowing how to participate on their own? Or the chance that they will be there when it activates. Sheeesh Fdev.
Please Fdev can you find a better way to do this. Even galnet is better than this.

And yet someone clearly did find it and posted details up here so everyone else could help figure it out and have some fun trying to solve a mystery. Who knows - maybe this sort of thing is how we find Raxxla. Now wouldn't that be kewl.

I'm almost 100% certain Frontier didn't add anything like that recently. If it's now behaving differently it's more likely a bug or Frontier shut down whatever tool provided these beacons with data.

I know this is a semi old thread but it is putting out a new message, will try to upload in the morning as is it new years eve. Also it starts playing at 2310pm CST.

2310pm isn't even a correct time! 😯 pm denotes the second cycle of a 12 hour clock cycle... So is 2310 really 4620?
