Lave Revolution or Beta?

I opted for read Lave Revolution, I'd let the inevitable initial problems and frustration of a new build die down before diving in to the beta. So, read LR tonight, play beta tomorrow.
Luckily in this choice, neither one is a bad call. Whatever you do, enjoy it!
Read Lave Revolution while the installer is downloading then play Beta.
Alternate between the two on bio breaks etc.

what to do on first day of beta?
experience tells me reading a book would be a GREAT idea
that way you can get into the elite world and soak up some atmosphere without having to suffer from the beta launch mess.
and once you have read the book elite beta will be all nice & stable for you. cooked to just à point

I seriously think today is not a good day for trying to play the game. But definitely good for some Elite fiction whilst hearing of everyone trying to log in!
