Apologies for the delay in posting this.

We have several rooms allocated for people to bring games and arrange play.

If people would like to register a game on our list for some time and ask for players, this is the thread to do so. Please specify Saturday or Sunday or both when you post.

This is a great opportunity to dust off some of the amazing games you've got on your shelves and enjoy some social gaming with new and old friends, so what have people got that they want to bring? :D

I'll bring down my X-wing Miniatures game for the Saturday.

Although if anybody's interested I'll mock up some Elite Paper Ships and we can use the X-wing rules to fight it out.

Has anyone else played the Firefly table top game? I've played it a number of times as a friend has it. Highly recommend it. Unfortunately I can't bring it with me as my friend won't let it out of his sight. He's even put the cards in plastic sleeves to 'preserve' them!

Elite Skirmish

Hi Folks,

Here's the first Ship card I've done for the Elite Skirmish thing I'm going to run. The stats for the Cobra are going to be different for the final version at Lavecon.



As I'm only doing this for a bit of fun the usual below applies;-

I've got the Sidewinder and the Eagle to do next and I might have time to one more ship. Any suggestions?

Please sir... are complete and utter n00bs welcome to play at any point? I've gotten back into board gaming recently thanks to nostalgia trips with Heroquest and Space Hulk. I've heard of some on the list but never played any :)

You are quite welcome to play. The X-wing game takes about two turns to learn and before you know it your going at full throttle to keep those fighters off your tail. ;-)

Btw the ED ship cards are looking cool as well!
