Lavian Brandy for Otto Granger

Been doing the other tasks to some great success but now the elite database leaves me hanging. there seems to be no such thing as Lavian Brandy... where is it to be found?

Help would be very apreciated

Tried to look for Lave as well... still no hits on https://eddb.io/ and http://elitetradingtool.co.uk/

Not sure if it's just me but I seem to be limited to buying only 6. Though, as Lave 2 requires a permit to enter and I am currently shown as hostile within the lave system, that may be something that is affecting this.

It will spawn more every 10 minutes if you refresh the market until your hold has the max. It's all random, it is possible to get 12 in one go.

System state will affect the maximum allowance although the current boom doesn't seemed to of boost it past 12.
