Hi, I wonder if someone could point me to where I find these reports. I’ve visited a few stronghold systems and been to stations and platforms but they are always unavailable? Am I missing something or are they bugged?

Eventually I found some, not sure if it’s by design that these are not available at all stronghold systems. It says to wait 30mins for refresh but I can confirm that this does not happen, at least where there are none to start with. You would have thought given there are only a handful of stronghold systems that they would all have the reports available.
Which ones are the Strategic Reports? (These all have different names for each power)
The Undermining and Reinforcement commodities should be available at any Stronghold.
Acquisition commodities are only available at Stronghold (or Fortified) systems which have valid Acquisition systems in range, so often won't be available towards the "centre" of the Power.

It was the initial weekly assignment - pre level one - for Aisling Duval and it was called “Transport Power Commodities to Undermining Systems” the objective was “Transport 9 Lavigny Strategic Reports”
