Law enforcement and smuggling

So, directly to my proposal..

Law enforcement and smuggling profits
a) Law enforcement should demand from targeted players to throttle down to 0 speed to be scanned. Maybe a big red warning with a timer (4-5 seconds) should appear in front of the player. Failure to throttle down would result in a bounty.
b) When scanned with illegal/illicit cargo, in addition to the fine, the Law should demand that the cargo be jettisoned. Again a red warning with a timer would be handy, Failure to do so would convert the fine to a bounty
c) To remedy the more severe Law enforcement behavior, black market gains should skyrocket. I mean like in real life when there is lets say war or famine etc, black market thrives and prices go up to even 5000%

That's actually, not a bad idea, as long as there is an out, other than logging.

The only issue I would have with this is; if the cargo is mission based, then the game dictates that security will know that you are coming. So I am not happy with section (a). It means smugglers have to always win the blue circle game and it negates the object of having a fast ship, if we submit, during the blue circle game.

The rest I am good with. If you are successfully scanned with illegal goods on board, then expect to get the book thrown at you.
