I feel like something on this size would need to be literally an expansion pack type thing, not just a DLC. Trust me, I want parades too, and other types of shows, that would be amazing... It would be difficult to have a car/float decorating thing, because that would mean whatever scenery you put on would need to move with the car which would need an entirely different menu and would be intense on the computer with more parts. And then even you and I would probably be disappointed with it, because the only thing we'd be able to really change is the route, it would be too much to have them do weird movements, or have moving parts on the already moving vehicle. or to have dancers and marchers in the parade (Like on the ground walking). We probably wouldn't even be able to add characters onto the floats.... Like you're looking for basically an entire game worths of code in itself basically to get something that we would be cool with.... The closest they could do would be to make their own models of floats that we can maybe customize the color for, that's all one model and not 4 thousand pieces in one model that's moving and everything, and they'll have fairytale and horror and other types of floats, but to be able to make a fully customizable parade you're looking at like literally a completely different game LOL
