Since this rare good is considered illegal in most of the systems in my route before the long jump away to sell, am I going to get fined the 21k still if they scan me on the way out of one of the stations?

Yes you will get fined but I believe the ''multiple fine for the same illicit cargo'' will be changed in 1.3, though that is from one faction, if it illegal in most of the factions, then moving a lot of them through the letterbox past the police is always a risk chap.

Thank you! I'll just go without it, I've been wary of it the past few runs and am still getting about 1.6mil per route. So it's not going to make much of a difference.
