Why is it this is considered illicit cargo yet does not show on the system/ station info as prohibited?

its an alcohol thats likely why.

Same reason why as much as I like occasionally grabbing Blood Bores its illict in most areas since it counts as a narcotic.

Hi Colonel North, in Empire space you will find these are not illicit. If you are gonna buy them make them the last station on the trip so you don't have to sneak in the stations.

Does evil juice is count as a narcotic? I'm showing as having illicit cargo in a system where alcohol is not prohibited but narcotics is?
