"Legion Of Ashes" is both a Squadron aswell as a player made faction in-game. (ON PC)
The birth of this faction occurred on a shielded mining facility located on a high metal rich magma world via the combined discontentment over the financial self cannibalism of the ruling dictatorship of their system. Sick of being a part of the cycle of constant pointless/petty human conflict, they swore to dedicate themselves to tasks that would progress the species as a whole for the greater, via things such as technological advancements and social/economical reforms that benefit ALL, rather then individuals. They chose their current name to reference their motives to "raise humanity from the ashes of it's own cycle of destruction". To further those ends, they currently are gathering funding/materials from local bounty hunters and asteroid miners with the intent to gain influence over the entirety of ALL systems that contain human presence with the intent of bringing together all of humanity as one, under the same banner, so that the species as a whole can be led towards a positive and productive direction without pointless inner/self conflict, especially now that a potential threat to human kind has revealed itself.
As the title states, this squadron and faction are recruiting players with a macro interest in regards to furthering the progress of the faction as a whole. Which will include almost entirely PVE activities aswell as trading/mining, etc. And occasionally, war. All types of players are welcome, but new players are heavily preferred. If working toward a greater goal at the same time as progressing your own individual progression is a interest of yours, then look no further.
