So, recently discovered this, having flown under my radar for almost two whole seasons.

Basically its kind of like X-men (for which Marvel don't have the rights to) meets psychological drama with a dash of 60's psychadelic vibes thrown in. Really cool, binge watched the first season in 2 days and now on the second.

Saw the first season, but it's too weird for me to press on.

The only thing that helped it make sense was my previous connection to Marvel Heroes, which used canon lore in the game. So they had references to things like who the villain is etc, but now MH is gone.

I wasn't really aware of it myself to be honest.

I've just got a copy of season 1 of The Defenders that I have to get through.

Its most definitely not what you expect of your typical superhero fare, its rather bizarre.... but good in its own way.
