Hello !
I've made a Lego Coriolis Station using Lego Digital designer.

I've cheated a little in designer because it's really hard to connect more than 2 faces using a mouse with all the rounding errors. But I think it is doable in real life.
(No I don't have that many pieces and I didn't try to build it)

well that's some first post, and thanks for the Lego Link, big fan of Lego myself.

It should be possible to do this irl. I did a cobra out of technic a while ago. The plates may be a pita and you may have to change the design a bit. In the end, it's all about the framework inside.

I hope the structural integrity accounts for poor pilots' docking manoeuvres. In my experience any bits that stray eventually get lost in the Black Hole of Hoover.
