But if you go into the system, and look at all the stations and factions NONE of them are at war at all.

Is there something wrong? Or am I missing something?

Yep it's bugged.
I messed around with it and notices that War systems are in boom and boom systems are in war.
Guess nobody noticed it in beta coz they were too busy playing with flashy weapon mods

Not all of them are bugged. I've been buying weapons and combat stabilizers in 'boom' and selling in 'war' systems most of the evening. Not everyone was trying out the flashy mods.

Not at all. I tested a whole range of missions from a number of different system states. Never noticed any problems.

It was identified and reported during the beta, and acknowledged as an issue by FDEV. My guess is that the problem is proving tricky to track down and fix, so since it isn't really game-breaking they decided to ship with it and fix it in a later patch.

It's not just Lembava. This is probably what's messed up the Soontil Relics that are supposed to be for sale in Ngurii. You know, the ones you need to access an Engineer? The ones that only took fish during beta? ...seems like a good idea in retrospect, that.

I think it might be primarily War and Civil War states that are incorrectly displayed. That needs to be verified, though.
