When constructing electrified fences, regardless of whether you build an individual segment as short or as long as it can be, it'll always consume the same amount of power, which I find odd. I usually build my enclosures with long, curved fence segments. However, I decided to try short, rigid segments to maximize the amount of space in the enclosure, which resulted in more fence segments in total. I was wondering why I was so starved for power, when I realized that the power consumed by each segment does not coincide with how long it is.
Length of electrified fence should determine how much power it consumes
