Lenovo Mr and steam Vr

I have tryed my lenovo vr with ED and it works great.
I don't even have a steam version of ED, I simply started ED with the old vr options and it works.
Before I had only a DK2 and the image quality is far better. A little SDE and a good resolution, the only complain is for the fresnel lenses.
Now I understand the ones that complains about god rays in oculus and Vive.

edit:
I have noticed a strange behavior of the image when I rotate my head. Instead With project cars 2 the rotation is perfect.

Can you specify some details, how you run ED with the Lenovo Explorer?

How do you start it? Do you use specific settings?

I am testing Elite with the Lenovo as well but have some issues with it:
1. "jumpy" tracking - sometimes
2. almost no contrast - no clear blacks and whites, everything feels like if it has a gray bloom on it.
3. USB issues -> My joystick (Saitek X52 pro) stops working every 5 minutes or so. If i flip the lenovo up and down again (which shortly stops VR and then continues), the joystick works again.

I had none of these issues with my vive.

(But I must admit, I LOVE that the lenovo has way less screen door effect, that you can read texts much better and that it's so much lighter than the vive)

I have tryed only the DK2, but to me the image and colours are far better with the new lenovo.
I simply launch ED with VR enabled and it automatically starts steamVR and run.
The only problem is that when I rotate my head, cockpit move strangely and rapidly loses rotation (if I rotate my head, after a few seconds I find my sight rotated in another direction)
I play it almost on max settings with supersampling 1.5
My joystick works fine.

in ED washed colours happen when you lose positional tracking. Maybe this is your problem. In order for positional tracking to work properly the room must be well-lighted.
The Vr headset must be connected to a USB 3 port

There used to be an issue with the Rift and graphics settings that caused this on Nvidia cards. Might be worth looking into. HDMI port would default to RGB Limited instead of RGB Full.
