Newcomer / Intro Less mission reward than stated on bulletin boards?

Hi,
I just got ED toady and im slightly amazed. :)
However there is one thing that I dont quite understand:
When i finish a smuggling mission
(im only smuggling for now, because its very profitable with the small starter ship)
i alawys get much less reward than it staes on the bulletin board, I had this on multiple occasions.
Why is that so and how can I counteract?

check out the bug report on main board. A few have same problem with bountys ect, also make a bug ticket to E.D.
