Horizons Less than stellar first impressions

So i'm trying my first planet. As soon as i got near all sort of bugs and ugly pop ups started happening, i keep seeing through the planet, big "holes" pop up here and there all time. pop ups are all over the place. when i finally decided to land, all the rocks supposed to be on the ground are like 5 meters above it. i can still see through the planet. In short, the whole planet is bugged, not displaying properly. Frame rate is top notch though.

Is this like this everywhere for everyone? I'm thinking i log back out and wait out the first month until they fix what is apparently still very much a beta........


edit: i just drove out in the scarab....im driving IN the planet right now...........oh boy

Of course, it's made like this on purpose.

well.....that went well

just fell through the planet on the second one i tried (which did the exact same horrible pop ups. cant board ship anymore now of course. cause i'm in the planet. and hence too far. Will have to self destruct.

This is really looking like i better just wait another month before i bother.

ill report this in the bug section though

also, i doubt if my pc can't handle it, these are my specs

intel core i7 cpu 960 Quad @ 3.20ghz
6GBram
Nvidia Geforce GTX 680
on windows 7.

This is above the minimum.

You don't say what drivers your using. I had to downgrade to 355.60 from 359.06 and 358.87. I'm using 780Ti SLi cards.

This is not a general bug, so I guess its a hardware/drivers thing. As mentioned, update your drivers/dx, verify game install and contact tech support if it remains. Good luck!
