The new route planner is awesome, the fixed "quickest route" navigation is a boon for explorers.

However, keep an eye on the fuel tank, it drops _FAST_.. fortunately I ran out at a star which I could refuel from.

doesn't the route in the galaxy map change to a dashed line where it calculates you won't have enough fuel for the jumps?? it always used to.

Again... this requires you to be paying attention and not zoning out and relaxing... ahh the dangers of the great black yonder.
