Builds like that can be pretty annoying to fight for larger ships. Usually preferrable to just leave them alone.
IMO you are better off having a shield and at least 1 MRP than all that hull. You'll be taking constant hull damage and your modules will give out long before your hull is in danger.
The MK IV still has the lovely flat Cobra profile that with decent use of FA-off you can keep yourself 'thin' to the most agile of enemies.

Id love to see pvp set ups for the corvette and cutter which lean towards all lasers...

I had an all laser setup in an old Cobra IV that would annoy the heck out of my mates when we would have a friendly scrap. Tough little !
