The idea is really, really simple. Just make it so that when the system architect jumps their carrier in system, if they select the construction ship instead of just orbiting the local body, it will share the instance with it, parked 5-10km away or so. Since there can only ever be one system architect, there can't be conflicts with other fleet carriers, can appear in any instance created as its the only one that can be there and would be a nice benefit for solo players. I know it is possible, we have FC construction yards and multi capital ship CZs, so all I ask is make it so fleet carriers can instance with the construction ship.
