Lets bring some colours to the animal roster !

Hello,

I think our animals roster need some more colours. Lets see if we can come up with some colourful animals (within current game mechanisms, so no flying birds or exhibit mammals).

Here are my favourites:
Red River Hog

American Flamingo

Emerald Tree Boa

Roseatte Spoonbill

Yellow-throated Marten - How cool is this?

And of course the king (or queen) of colours - Panther Chameleon

There are probably tons of flying birds and small exhibit reptiles, but its kind of hard when its the bigger habitat animals.

My favourite colour is blue and unfortunately there are not many blue animals, so I would be excited if we get the blue dart frog.

Other than blue animals, I think a red fox would be nice.

The two tree kangaroo species commonly kept in zoos, Goodfellow's and Matschie's, are both very pretty.

And just for a random large bird with some striking colours, there's the Saddle-billed Stork!

The axis deer is bright red, and the ornate mastigure lizard is very colourful.

Also for white, the arabian oryx or addax. We lack white animals.

And for black the black swan is very common in zoos.

Totally forgot about Maned Wolf! I would love to have it in PZ. Such unique canid species.

All the other species listed by others are also great. Tree Kangaroo is also quite colourful, love it.

Also forgot about gibbons, specifically, the sexual dimorphism in colours with the White cheeked gibbon. Quite amazing.

Wow, awesome idea. Ok, here are my suggestions:

Coral snake - beautiful and dangerous

Five lined skink - fun fact (for y'all, not me): I had one in my boot once, and when I stick my foot in it, it moved, so when I shook the boot, it popped out. I thought it was a snake and threw the boot off the porch. Then I realized it was this harmless, local skink

My favorite animal, the gray fox

(I just realized, these are all local animals. I have to keep an eye out to spot these [besides the skink. Already had an event with him])

One of my dark horse candidates that lands just outside my top 30, the Himalayan monal. I want it real bad along with a takin species because those two combined with a snow leopard and red panda would make an excellent Himalayan themed area.

I have to agree with the yellow throated marten in the first post - absolutely beautiful animal.

For another habitat animal, perhaps the common spotted cuscus - they come in all sorts of colours including pure white, slate grey or gingery-orange, with a varied combination of splodges and spots. Can be kept and bred in captivity, with a single male still left at a zoo in the Netherlands.

As for an exhibit animal, it is difficult to imagine a species more colourful than the East Asian tiger beetle Cicindela chinensis; if it came down to it, this would be one of my most-wanted new insects for the game.

all for habitat, and then a chameleon for exhibit. i almost dont care which species, i just want a chameleon lol

Blue Tree Monitor... very pretty...
Also, Palawan Peacock-Pheasant... lots of blue mixed with black and grey.
