At the end of it, there is no "winner" or "loser" or maybe both sides are "winners" ... who cares?, it is just for fun.

When the thread has run it's course, maybe we'll have a different debate on something else, hopefully, that'll be fun as well.

THIS DEBATE: Pineapple OR Anchovies on a pizza?

I'll start. Ham and Pineapple pizza is THE best pizza ever. Meat Feast, too cluttered. BBQ Chicken, food poisoning. Pepperoni too boring.
But the classic Ham & Pineapple pizza is tasty, sweet and nutritious. You get the best of both worlds just like sweet & sour from a Chinese takeaway.

Anchovies are an abomination and should never be anywhere near pizza. Phillip J Fry decrees it, and thus it must be.

Pineapple: for the reasons given above. It is the only Pizza I like; which makes me weird, apparently.

Girls are meant to be all 'Sugar and Spice', so why do they smell like Anchovies? Yuck!!!

Oh yeah, hawaiian pizza from the restaurant I get pizza from means capicollo (not ham) and pineapple (little pieces, not stupid giant rings).
My second favorite pizza.
First being bacon.

I cannot eat anchovies.

Anchovies basically are over-salted chum fish suitable only as a crushed garnish for alley cat food.

But of course griefers will support anchovies as they are all about the salt.

Therefore, it becomes obvious that all righteous folk will support pineapple, and anyone voting for anchovies is, by definition, a dirty, scummy griefer and should be banninated...

My wife likes pineapple and ham on her pizza. I'm good with it if I can add jalapenos and bacon.

I've never tried anchovies. Fish on a pizza? That just makes no sense to me.

How can I vote if I never tried it, though. I can't pick a side.

Jalepeno and pineapple definitely works... and of course bacon is just another type of ham, so of course that works.

If we're talking fruit salads pineapple wins On pizza? No. Anchovies is an acceptable choice. However, I maintain a position that anchovies should not be put in a hot dish. You just amplify the smell, and make them soft and gooey... you know. It's a NO to both of these for me.
