Let's play: Breeding Giant Pandas

Hi guys. Anyone who played Zoo Tycoon 1 and 2 may remember the scenario where you have to establish a thriving zoo to get an approval to keep and breed giant pandas. This game is basically that with my own twists.

  1. Try to choose up to 30 habitat animals for your roster (in reference to the number of base game species in ZT2, including the giant panda), in which 90% of the roster (i.e. 27 species of the roster) should be comprised of species deemed Endangered, Critically Endangered, or Extinct in the Wild.
  2. The zoo has to be built from eight theme sets only (in reference to the number of building themes in ZT2, including default theme).
  3. The zoo must be no bigger than 72 X 72 square grid.
I tried playing it in Planet Zoo myself, found it challenging at first but with quite a lot of fun. Try listing your choices here and/or try it in the actual game yourself 😉.

Edit: All animals and theme allowed as long as within limit mentioned; including DLCs

I'm not sure what you mean about wether you want them at least endangered or not too endangered. So I didn't worry about their status.

Thank you for telling me that 😅
I should say 27 of the animals should be endangered or at higher risk of extinction.
I'll have it fixed to make it clearer.
