Here's mine with the exceptions of the AX modules,
the missile launcher and MC's are the same but in the AX version, plus the scanner and field neutralizer.

This FGS will be my training wheels when I decide to go after the 'goids.. Haven't used it yet. Thrusters are currently DD4, still collecting mats for DD5. Missing weapons are the Thargoid experimental ones, one large Flak, 2 Medium Missiles + 2 Medium MC and a Xeno scanner in the utility slot. Will probably replace the fuel scoop with another HRP or SCB, not sure, although I think that Armour is more important when it comes to Thargoids.

I would suggest to drop some of the module and go with Hull reinforcements,
 
This is the build I will be testing sometimes in the near future. I'll probably get close to the Thargoid and allow it to attack me. I will engage in defensive maneuvers without returning fire to see how much damage I get and how quick and how this FGS handles:

EDIT: I have an engineered 4D HRP in storage that I could use to replace the 4D MRP, which would leave the two 2D MRPs as the only module reinforcements.

I just finished engineering my Anaconda for heart harvesting. Thanks Selen Jean, good work there :9
- All SB's and HRP's as well as the Light Wight Alloy are heavy duty G5 engineered.
- Thrusters are DD5 (247 top speed / 330 boost speed; Pitch/Roll/Yaw: 34.3, 82.4, 13.75)
- 7C Bi-Weave shield with reinforced G5...

- Total shield health: 1.431 MJ
57 sec for fast spin up with booster off / 5,15 min (or 4,41 min with boosters on) for full regeneration

- Total armour health: 4.680

2x AX Missiles
2x AX Multicannons
1x Xeno Scanner
1x Shutdown Field Neutraliser

I am still not sure if the 7C Bi-Weave really needed that reinforced engineering - but the difference is about 300 MJ, so... I kept it.
And it's a slow battering ram. Damn it's such a slow brick...

Also I can exchange the PA for a healing laser for teamwork.

And now I am thinking if this Anaconda wouldn't be a nice platform for multicrew ... maybe I should try all thos turreted AX weapons?
