How many "worst storms in history" have to hit the US before the average citizen cottons on that climate change is real?

Going to say: infinity.

Why:
They can't figure it out, no matter how much evidence is directly delivered, because they don't use evidence to draw conclusions. How many mass shootings do they have to endure before working out that their gun policy is a failed idea? [haha]
