Dear Sir, I would like to complain in the strongest possible manner about your Flight Controller.
He is rude, high handed, condescending and supercilious. He should be horse whipped, I have never been so insulted
in my life. If ever I come across him face to face I will give him a damn good thrashing. The mans a disgrace, not at
all like the nice Indian Lady at Haldeman II Dock, she is a pleasure to deal with.
