PvP Letting a Total Noob in Multi-Crew Control my Weapons in a PvP Fight

Step 1: Fill my ship with passengers who are terrified of combat
Step 2: Recruit a total noob via multi-crew to control my weapons
Step 3: Get into a PvP fight and try to get a kill

What could go wrong???

As tempting as a ship at 1% hull may look... you should have brought a phasing sequence laser
