Are you looking for people that are only in your time zone perhaps?
Is the open thing exclusive or perhaps you don't mind the odd excursion into PG?
Have you met the SPEAR Network of anti gank PvP squads?
Which Power do you support?
Are you preferring the "Old Worlds" or something on the edge of the bubble. Colonia even?
