While I was in a system close to LFT 509, I scanned a low wake signature and confirmed that a NPC ship jumped into LFT 509. Unfortunately, I couldn’t identify the sub-faction it belonged to before it jumped.
This observation confirms that LFT 509 is accessible to AI ships, meaning it's not just a placeholder — the system is active in the galaxy. This adds more weight to the theory that a permit-issuing faction must exist, even if it hasn't been identified yet.
If anyone manages to catch the faction name or spot more NPC activity linked to LFT 509, please share it. This could help narrow down the possible permit sources in the area.
