You will normally find auto fabricators at the nearest "High Tech" system. I can't see exactly around that area right now but you might need to go 2 or 3 jumps to the "Branglal" system.

Coffee should be available in the same system you start in, from one of the proper trading stations. If not any other agricultural system should have it.

Ross 878 is a high tech industrial. I run gold to there from 1914, and consumer tech back. about 1700/ton round trip right now. Lots of choices on that run if the market changes too.
