Li Yong Rui discount vs Founders World discount?

As far as I know Li Yong Rui offers 15% discount, but I also have access to the founders world. So is the Li Yong Rui discount better or should I head to the founders world?

Btw the ship I'm buying is an Asp so If there are any other systems where that ship is cheaper I would be grateful for the tip.

Isn't the Founder's world discount 10 %? I think it is.

Like the others said, DFounder's Wolrd discount is 10%.
Alioth has 20% discount on the Asp Explorer. Permit is needed for that system though.

I'm parked at Hiyya Orbital, Arjung system at the moment and the Asp is 5,661,978 credits there FYI.

As above Founders is 10%, Li Yong Rui is 15%.

For an Asp my advice would be to buy the ship at Alioth if possible for 20% discount but no biggy if you don't have the permit. Head to Diaguandri/Lembava otherwise.
Outfitting always go to Diaguandri/Lembava they have almost everything and are next to each other. If you can't find a specific part I'd then head to founders unless it's a crazy expensive part like 8A powerplant where that extra 5% discount is worth hunting for.
