Li Yong-Rui Ships MORE Expensive in Exploited System

Cant belive ive been to two Exploited Systems in Li Yong-Rui space, that are MORE Expensive than shown on Corolis.io.

eg HR 692 and Tiangchi .... have the Cobra Mark IV is at 650k creds which is more than the normal price at 603 ..

Doesnt seem to fit what we should expect in that system.
