This window simply lists the status quo of all your Franchise zoos in total numbers. I.e. Total number of guests in your 4 zoos is 9287: zoo1 + zoo2 + zoo3 +zoo4
All the available zoo settings that you set from within a specific zoo (Franchise or not) apply only to that specific zoo.
I don’t quite follow what you mean with licenses. Different Franchises? You can only have one Franchise set up, and all the zoos will be part of that Franchise. If you want to start a new Franchise, you’ll have to delete your current Franchise with all its zoos. So don’t click on the “Close Franchise“ button unless you really want to start from scratch (no animals, no CC, no research).
