Frontier, what is the estimated lifespan of this game, because I can see a lot more that can be put into it
And of course, it goes without saying that any company can decide to extend their original plans and expand their products (add more dlc) if they receive enough wildly positive support from the players (financially and inter-personally) that they just can't imagine life without us!![]()
Your wording here interests me. Are you saying you think PC will get new dlcs, on pc and console? Or just general support, like bug fixes etc.Frontier won't answer that question. Right now the common conception seems to be around three years, since that's roughly what PlanCo got before Zoo came out. PlanCo is now being ported to console which probably means renewed support, and I imagine Zoo will get the same treatement.

From what I can tell, it's the same as if you wanted to buy it now on Steam. You can get the base game for $40 USD, the deluxe version for $60.I don't know - I don't actually know what's in the PlanCo console edition. Does it include all the PlanCo DLC from the start, or are they doing re-releases? If the former, I can imagine it might get new DLC for the console edition. However, there is also the problem (from a business perspective) that PC players will expect to get the same treatment as console players. I think it will mostly consist of free updates going forward and maybe DLC once Frontier is confident the majority of their Coaster players have migrated to console (this will be based on a sales analysis).
