General Light safety ATC & Fines for scratching mailslot (...)

To the Pilots Federation also known as Frontier Developers,

the federation of system owners requests higher safety measures to be installed in the bubble and beyond especially now that an era of new expansions is coming and new architectures could lead to incidents we want to avoid and costs we need to contain.

This is why we all commanders request the introduction of new standards in the ATC safety reminders, not only in relation to speed, but also in relation to visibility: commanders should be reminded to switch on their lights in order to make manifest their position to others and be recognizable and identifiable in their position by the security forces deployed in and around a station, outpost or settlement of any kind. Thank you

In addition to this we request a new system of cost spreading onto those pilots who do hit stations with their vessels, do scratch mail slots entrances, or damage other structures inside stations especially, this is why in case of owning a fleet carrier a bill should be sent to the pilot who has damaged or simply scratched a station mail slot or internal structures during landing or approach of such station. The bill should be presented to fleet carrier, or if Cmdr isn't an owner of a Carrier directly to the Commander account, accessing the (Transactions) or Contacts inside Station services UI.
Such fines will be used to pay the straight out intervening repair and maintenance crews of stations and settlements which will deploy their scaffolding in order to reinstate the original conditions of orbiting or ground bases with their expensive instruments from advanced vacuum blow torches to EVA jet packs ...

Be safe when you approach or leave stations with your speed, lights and trajectories.

Thank you.

I will be all for being fined if I damage a station, but only on the day when it will be possible to smash the control towers by bumping into them with my ship!
