I'm trying to make a path and food court in a tunnel, but it's really dark in there. I added a bunch of lights and it looks great at night, but all the lights turn off during the day and I can't see anything. I can't see a way to toggle lights on and off. Is there any way to make lights work during the day?

They made that work in PlanCo. Why would they leave that out if this? 
no. there's only "L" for your own light

They added it to PlanCo in a free update after lots of people requested it.

As @marcnesiumHH said, you do have the option to use the L key to turn lights on and off. However, thanks for this feedback! We can look into this.
Quite funny, if you have to switch on your torch to look if there's light in your tunnel.
Perhaps only the nightshift is on duty during daytime in tunnels.

Guest that walk into the tunnel/cave system need light as well! I’m sure they don’t want to eat in the dark.
