Lights need to be brighter

I am working on illuminating my zoo, I have about 500 or so lights working on 4 exhibits and some pathways...

But once you spend 10-20 hours building, problems become apparent.

1. Lights are too dim. Street lights especially. To saturate a pathway, you need to place a lamp every 2-3 meters. Thats too dim. Give us luminosity slider for all lights.
2. There are no effective ways to illuminate habitats/statues/architectural elements. There are no flood lights, no projectors, nothing really that works. Its all too dim. Long-range projectors are needed, that can hit across 50-60 meters with a light.
3. No lighting effect generator like for water/smoke etc. In certain cases I would like to hang an invisible light orb over a pretty tree or whatever, just to illuminate it from the air. Im not going for realism; I spend majority of time looking at stuff from the bird-eye view point, I would like my cherry trees to be illuminated from above at night.
4. No glow effect on architectural elements. For example, I want to make a glowing neon-like WELCOME sign over my zoo. Normally, in real life, you would stick a LED light inside the plastic letter, and it would glow at night. Not possible in the game, you have to suspend wall lamps in the air below the letters to give it that same level of illumination. it kind of works, but its a waste of rendering resources.
5. Underwater lighting diffusion does not exist. In real life, if you illuminate a swimming pool, for example, the whole water body lights up due to refraction. In game, light is not refracted underwater at all. So water-based habitats are not properly illuminated. Same with waterfall generator - its too primitive, but the light, if I suspend a bunch of lights in/under the waterfall sprite, nothing happens. Waterfalls should be reworked and given real water properties, sprites dont cut it, at all.

But anyways, lights are too dim. Thats main point. Everything else is secondary. I can work with wall lamps as flood lights, if i can adjust luminocity.

Understandable and yea I did find it a shame that there was no function for luminosity so when I used the lights and saw they were so dim I decided to mostly ignore them.

There are floodlights and spotlights in game, but they're hidden behind the New World theme research and actually a bit too intense imho. Would love a luminosity slider though, and adding optional light emission to the current in game text letters similar to flexicolor for custom signage would be very cool.
