When talking about lights I think of spotlights with the following options:

Aye, this is something I have noted in almost all the lighting topics that come up. Just that I called Brightness as Luminosity and Spot Angle as Lens Angle as that is what creates the different spread of light. In regards to the RGB colour setting, would like to see the colour box like in paint/photoshop with the RGB colour code being usable too so that you can type in a code if you want.
