Lightweight Mining Lasers

Engineering Lightweight Lasers. So how about adding this feature to 2.4, can't see a reason why not when it's already available to other laser and weapons. I know it would be of benefit to explorers.

Whilst I don't generally take mining lasers on expeditions, still agree with the sentiment. Efficient ones as well please!

These would be very useful when exploring. But, just like lightweight limpet controllers, they are of limited use to miners because with a hold full of either limpets or ores, saving a few tons of mass on your ship doesn't have much of a benefit.

Efficient and overcharged mining lasers would be very useful. Especially efficient lasers, as mining lasers have ridiculously high capacitor drain and heat generation.
