its seems so odd that i have to buy upgrade and engineer a whole new suit rather than just overwriting current engineering. why can we do it with ships but not suits?
like ship engineering allow the removal of engineering off suits and weapons/ overwriting the engineering

Lore wise, these mods are weaved into our equipment. And nobody know how to unweave it...

So our weapon sights are "weaved" onto our rifles as well? Weird.
I recall being able to change rifle sights easy back in the '80's.

It is just blatant lame gamedesign, and the one who is responsible for it hopefully playes somethink different today...
