Can no longer bookmark systems, planets etc. I assumed I must have reached my limit, however deleted a couple and still couldn't bookmark.
Limit to the number of bookmarks?

Same here. No more than 111 bookmarks seem to be possible. (if I didn't lose count..)
Deleted one and was not able to re-create it (or to create a different one) until I re-started the game. That's obviously a bug, but not the limit I'm afraid. Or maybe the limit is bugged in how low it is, as 111 is ridiculously low...
