Not completely true, if you have collector limpets harvesting materials in a HAZRES in an area where you have killed another ship, it is possible to find that, unless you specify otherwise, any cargo dropped can be recovered as well, which may well get you killed of fined if you do not realize!! You can filter out what is not required in fairly specific terms in the inventory (Internal) panel when in cargo page, and also as stated above, in the External panel Nav/Transactions/Contacts.You can already ignore any material/cargo you don't want them to catch up, not sure what more you need?

When I dump a ton of indite or gallite because I wasn't quick enough on the "vent" button while mining, that's because I don't want it, so I don't want the limp limpets collecting the bloody thing again. That cargo space is for painite, dagnabbit!
